CPA field day 2017

The CPA presented its research and staff at the CPA fieldday 2017 at NIBIO Apelsvoll. Around 70 interested researchers, advisors and farmers were given a presentation of selected research topics within the CPA. We informed about our mission and research fields and gave some demonstrations in the field. We showed our enhanced solution of the Garford Robocrop system for mechanical weeding. We also performed a live airshow to demonstrate our latest development of a hybrid UAV, a combination of a fixed-wing aircraft and a rotary-wing multicopter. Moreover, we presented a solution for a liquid sprayer / fertilizer applicator with individual nozzle control. Finally, we showed the new Robotti, an autonomous electrical robotic tractor.
